Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers

American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Providers course.

Course Description:
The Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide adult, pediatric, and infant CPR (including 2 rescuer scenarios), use of an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. The course introduces a team approach for High Quality CPR. It is intended for certified or noncertified, licensed or nonlicensed healthcare professionals.

Card Type Provided: AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider Course Completion Card - Valid for Two Years.

Course requirement: Student must pass a written/skill exam to receive completion card.

SPECIAL COURSE FOR CSU FRESNO NURSING STUDENTS

Register, using a correct email address. Make payment and a URL Link with instructions will be emailed to you. You may start and stop the eLearning as needed. Complete Online portion, your skills portion will be at Heart Link's classroom at the time you selected when your registered. You will need your login information inorder to complete the skill session.  This will complete your CPR Online Blended eLearning course.

Note you will receive a registration receipt before the URL email arrives.

RQI HeartCode BLS Health Care Professional.

These courses include the following componets; Part 1, Online training and testing, Part 2, practice and skills testing session with an authorized American Heart Association instructor and computer assisted manikin. After successful completion of all sessions the student will receive the official American Heart Association certification card which is valid for two years.
